Shipping And Delivery Policy
Maui Hardscapes and purepoxy-hawaii.com will notify the customer via e-mail. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be received in accordance with the carrier’s schedule. Any additional delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may charge extra costs in the event of delivery issues. Maui Hardscapes and purepoxy-hawaii.com, ships products by regular USPS ground delivery service, generally in 3 to 7 business days, but this interval may be longer as delivery times are estimates and may not be guaranteed. The customer authorizes the shipper and delivery company to leave all packages without proof of signature. Purepoxy will not be responsible for lost, missing or stolen items. Items that are back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in the warehouse.
Refunds And Returns
There are no refunds or returns on products, materials or supplies. Defective products, materials or supplies will be replaced by Maui Hardscapes and purepoxy-hawaii.com. Customers must notify Maui Hardscapes and purepoxy-hawaii.com of any damaged or defective products, materials or supplies within 24 hours of reception and supply proof upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products, materials or supplies upon delivery. No refund or return may be made after products, materials or supplies have been used and/or mixed and/or installed. All repackaging costs, return shipping and/or delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All products, materials and supplies must be returned in saleable condition.
