What kind of crack filler should I use?
You should use a crackfiller that cures and hardens within minutes, not hours. This will keep you project moving, with less wait time. We sell a crackfiller that cures in less than 15 minutes. Check it out here: polyurea, crackfiller
How do I use the crack filler?
Our crackfiller is a 1 to 1 mixing ratio of parts A and B. BUT, because it cures so fast, you should only make 8 ounces total at a time. You have to use the crack filler quickly before it sets up in the cup. So, only mix it for 15-20 seconds then use it.

Do I need a special roller cover to apply epoxy?
The best roller to use is a lintless roller. We sell a 9 and 18 inch roller: 9″x3/8″ lintless roller, 18″3/8″ lintless roller
Do I need a special roller frame?
You are going to want a strong roller frame that holds the roller cover evenly on both ends. We sell such a roller frame: Roller Frame, adjustable 12″-18″
What are "Spike Shoes"?
“Spike Shoes” are overshoes that you can slip over your shoes or workboots. They have short spikes on the bottom , giving you the ability to walk on wet epoxy and not get stuck to the floor. We sell Spike Shoes.
What kind of Epoxy do I need?
We offer seven different types of epoxy flooring. We are certain that one or more of these systems is the right fit for your project.
What is PE-100 used for?
When mixed with a solid color like white, grey or black, PE-100 is used as the primer coat. It can also be used as a solid color “Top Coat”.
When mixed with metallics, PE-100 is used as a second “Top Coat”.
When PE-100 is layed down clear, it can be used to embed color flakes or quartz sand for texture.

What is PE-100 VRM used for?
PUR-VRM is a 100% solid, two part epoxy coating, designed to control the moisture vapor emission rate on deteriorated or new concrete floors. At a thickness of 18 mils, it meets ASTM F3010 product requirements for vapor permeance. The coating controls moisture vapor emission rates up to 25 lb., for 24 hours, at 1000 square feet.
PUR-VRM provides scratch and chemical resistance. It is durable, performs well, and enhances the aesthetics of any concrete floor. This system has been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). It meets LEED standards.
Which epoxy is for making river tables?
We have a special formulated epoxy for deep casting and river tables. It’s called PE Deep Casting.
What do I need for the "Finishing" stage of an epoxy floor?
For the Finishing Stage of a solid color or metallic project you are going to need the following:

What kind of Urethane should I use to protect my epoxy floors?
We have regular urethane and a waterbasesd urethane.
What is the mixing ratio for PE-100?
PE-100 comes in 2 parts, A and B. The ratio is 2 to 1 (2:1). 2 Parts A to 1 Part B.
How long do you mix epoxy for?
You should always mix our epoxy for at least 90 seconds. The more you mix it the better. Remember to scrape the sides and the bottom during the 90 second mixing period.
